Systems Mom is run by The Wyla Company LLC. This explains what information I collect at thesystemsmom.com and how I use it.

What I collect

• Your name and email when you sign up for a freebie or send a message through the contact form.
• Your name, shipping address, email, and order details when you buy something.
• Basic site data such as pages visited and device type, collected with cookies and analytics tools.

How I use it

• To send what you signed up for or bought, and to ship orders.
• To send emails with card ideas and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To answer your messages and improve the site.

Payments

Payments are handled by a secure third-party processor. I never see or store your full card number.

Sharing

I don't sell your information. I share it only with the services that help run this business, such as my email platform, payment processor, and shipping carrier, and only as needed to do their job.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails anytime, or email [email protected] to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you.

Terms

By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms.

Digital products

Printables and digital downloads, including free ones, are for your personal use only. You may print as many copies as you need for yourself and your household. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute the files.

Content

All designs, card wording, videos, and written content on this site belong to Systems Mom and may not be copied or sold without permission.

Not professional advice

The card system is an organizing tool. Content about goals, health, mindset, or productivity is shared for general information and isn't medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice.

Liability

The site and products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Systems Mom isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the site or products.

Changes

I may update these policies. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.

Shipping

• Where I ship: United States only for now.
• Processing time: orders are printed and packed by hand and ship within 5–7 business days.
• Preorders: preorders ship on the date shown at checkout.
• Shipping cost: calculated at checkout.
• Tracking: you'll get a tracking email once your order ships.
• Digital products: delivered by email right after purchase. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and I'll make it right.

Returns

Physical products

If you're not happy with your card system, contact me within 7 days of delivery for a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Digital products

Because digital files can't be returned, digital purchases are non-refundable. If a file won't open or download, contact me and I'll fix it.

Monthly Pouch Club

You can cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Pouches already shipped can't be refunded.

How to start a return

Send a message through the contact page with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after I receive the return.
